Need for improvement

Ok, so it has 4 on 4 off, but thats not enough. I also need you to add shift rotation, such as day shift, afternoon, evening, night. I work those shifts then come back to days. But right now, I cant add any recurrence to remind me what shift I will be on four months from now. Please add. Thanks.
